MikMak is the leading global platform for eCommerce acceleration for multichannel brands and provides analytics and eCommerce enablement software to help product manufacturers and CPG companies understand their consumers' online behavior, determine the best use of marketing dollars, and drive online sales.

How does MikMak work?

We let consumers choose where they want to check out, and we’ve patented part of the technology that allows them to do so. The invention, U.S. Patent No. 11,475,487, outlines the key technologies used to power multi-retail selection and checkout within online video marketing campaigns.

From social media to programmatic to brand.com, MikMak helps brands reach their consumers where they spend their time online. We measure online consumer behavior and provide insights that brands use to optimize media and for conversions, build and segment qualified shopper audiences to improve targeting, manage inventory to protect market share, and build stronger relationships with retailers.

Words from our Founder

I quit my job as Gap’s Global Director of Digital and Social Media in 2014 to build the next great company that people want to work for. With that type of mission statement, couldn't I have built any company? 

Sure, but eCommerce is all that I know.

When I was 13 years old, I became an eBay power user. At Gap, I saw what happens to direct-to-consumer businesses: Once you hit $50MM in revenue, your cost per customer acquisition becomes so high and you're forced to look for distribution at retailers like Amazon, Target, Walmart. 

At MikMak, we believe that most consumer product companies will need to execute a multichannel strategy and we're here to help brands accelerate their eCommerce growth.

What really motivates me, however, has nothing to do with eCommerce. It has everything to do with accelerating others' careers.
